__BACK PAIN
_Do you know what is causing the hip bursitis and the upper back pain HV?
_The adrenal fatigue will be part of it for two reasons. One reason is that the adrenal fatigue increases inflammation in the body. It also increases the requirement of vitamin C by the adrenals, which leads to less vitamin C available for the structural proteins such as collagen and elastin. This leads to weakening of the tissues. The weakening makes them more prone to damage and also increases the risk of disc slippage from the lack of connective tissue support and because of the development of micro cracks in the vertebrae.
_But vitamin C will not correct this on on its own. Silica is also extremely important both for the production of these structural proteins and inflammation reduction.
__BACTERIAL INFECTION
_Pharmaceutical antibiotics generally kill the {gut} flora. As for herbs it depends on the herb. Some herbs such as the berberine herbs (goldenseal, barberry, Oregon grape root, coptis, etc.) will kill the flora. But other antiseptic herbs such as clove, pau d' arco, chaparral, etc. will not kill the flora. There can be various reasons for this. For example, some herbs are absorbed long before they would have a chance to reach the flora. Some herbs are specific to their targets depending on how they are excreted. For example, eucalyptus is specific to the respiratory passages since it is excreted through the lungs. Uva ursi does not become antiseptic until it reaches the kidneys where the aglycones are converted in to antiseptic hydroquinones. Then there are gram positive and gram negative bacteria, and different herbs may only target one or both types. Most of the beneficial flora are comprised of gram negative bacteria. An herb targeting only gram positive bacteria would have little effect on the flora. And keep in mind that the fibers from herbs are prebiotic and therefore help feed the flora.

SYMPTOMS.
It's insane the amount of health problems that can come about as a direct result of your bile becoming too thick and sticky to flow correctly. Things like loose stools, acne, gallstones, nausea, weight gain, high blood pressure and a whole lot more. So in this video, I'm gonna share with you five steps you can take to help thin your bile so it can flow better. Let's jump in.
BILE & TOXINS.
To review the most important aspects of proper bile flow, I'd like to remind people that when the liver filters toxins and junk out of the body, it puts that junk into our bile so that it can be sent out the back door with our stool. This is how the body takes out the trash. This is the most effective way to get the junk out. So if bile isn't flowing correctly, a lot of those toxins can accumulate and lead to issues like acne and other skin issues, nausea and high blood pressure. Once the liver puts this junk into the bile, the bile goes down to the gallbladder where it's stored and concentrated.
NEUTRALIZING ACID FOOD.
Now, once we properly acidify our food in the stomach, that acidic product leaves the stomach and that's when the gallbladder squirts bile down onto the acidic product (food) to help neutralize those acids and really break the food down. If the acids aren't neutralized when they leave the stomach, {{they can make duodenal ulcers and}} they can continue going through the intestinal tract in a big hurry, so that they don't damage the intestinal tract. The body can rush it through the system and that can create chronic diarrhea issues, or can make it very difficult for us to assimilate any of the nutrients in the food we're eating. But the real benefit that comes from this alkaline bile meeting the acid product from the stomach is, this actually creates a sizzle. The sizzle helps us really break the food apart so that we can access all the nutrients in that food. Without that sizzle, you can't access everything in the food that you're eating. So you really need the acid side of digestion working as well as the alkaline bile side working to get that sizzle action to really digest your food correctly. Without that, you end up with nutrient, mineral and vitamin deficiencies, which can lead to just about any type of health issue.
OTHER BENEFITS.
Beyond all these benefits, bile is also what we use to emulsify or break down our dietary fats. If we can't properly break down these fats, we can't access fat soluble vitamins. And also these undigested fats can turn toxic and lead to being a burden that the body has to figure out how to get rid of. This can lead to weight gain, acne, or other skin issues, or a whole lot of other problems. So you can see how important it is to make sure that bile is thin enough to the flow correctly, so it can do all the job that it's intended to do. The problem is there's a lot of things in this world that we live in now that can thicken up the bile and make it not flow correctly and this problem is very common.
PROBLEM MAKERS.
Things like grains are very problematic for some people. Processed food: do you know anybody that eats any processed foods? It's evereywhere. It's all over the place. You can't hide. So these two things can be a really big problem. Another issue could be a low fat diet. Those were very popular in the 80s, and a lot of people are still stuck, thinking a low fat diet is the healthiest thing to do. When we don't eat enough fats, we're not calling on the bile to come down and help emulsify those fats. So the bile can sit there. And it gets a little more thick as it concentrates more in the gallbladder and it becomes too thick and sticky to move correctly. So this can be a big problem. Another issue can be high estrogen levels. And there's a lot of medications like some birth control and other medications that can really raise estrogen levels. And it really appears that estrogen, when it's high, has the ability to thicken the bile, so it won't flow correctly. Another problem is a catabolic imbalance that some people deal with at the cellular level. We teach people in our free four week digestion course how to look at their own physiology and just do simple self-tests at home with tools you can pick up at a pharmacy or a health food store. And we teach people how to figure out if they may be dealing with one of these catabolic imbalances and then steps they can take to improve it. But you can see there's a wide variety of issues that can make this a big problem for a lot of people. We're going to cover those. The steps that you can take to thin your bile.
LIGHT COLORED STOOLS.
But first let's look at some markers that may indicate that maybe you're having a problem. And then you might need to take some steps to thin that bile a little bit. Now keep in mind that most people are not going to experience all of these markers. You might be dealing with only one of these markers, but that could still be enough to indicate that it might be a problem. And then you could take some steps to improve the issue. The first marker we want to look at is a light colored stool, like if your stool is lighter than the color of corrugated cardboard. Bile is often what helps us make our stool a dark brown color. So when there's not enough bile flowing, we'll often see the stool a lighter color, or the color will vary and kind of go back and forth. So if that's an issue for you, that's a really strong indication that bile is not flowing well.
LOOSE STOOLS.
Another issue with your stool is it could be loose stools. Now when bile is not there to neutralize the acid leaving the stomach, those acids are too hot for the intestinal tract. The stomach is meant to hold those acids, but the intestinal tract is not. So if those acids are not neutralized by that bile coming down and and neutralizing them, then the body will bring them all the water that it can to the intestinal tract to cool off these acids. And then it'll rush it out the back door. So that's not a great situation. Plus, when the stool is moving that fast, it makes it very difficult for us to assimilate nutrients in the food we're eating. That's not great.
NAUSEA.
The next marker is nausea. Now remember that the bile is taking the toxins out the back door. So if the bile is not flowing, a lot of those toxins will get reabsorbed and then the system becomes very toxic and that can make a person feel very nauseous. Also, if they can't break down dietary fats correctly, that can also make them feel nauseous as those extra fats become toxic, when they're not properly broken down. So if you feel really lousy when you eat a meal high in fat, that can be a strong indication that bile is not flowing very well.
ACNE.
Another strong indication is acne or skin type issues, because when these toxins can't be taken out the back door through the bile, the body will try to push them out through the skin, and that can clog pores and create inflammation and acne in situations like that. If that's a problem for you, be sure to watch our "Is acne caused by digestive issues?" Video, that'll give you some more insights there.
SALIVA PH & URINALYSIS.
The next two markers we teach you how to do in our free four week digestion course. We teach you how to look at your pH and if your saliva pH is 6.5 or lower, that's a strong indication that bile is not flowing. And we also show you how to get these 10 parameter urinalysis dipsticks that you can pick up on like Amazon. They're not very expensive. But you can check those dipsticks for bilirubin. If your bilirubin shows up on your urine dipstick, it's a strong sign that bile is not flowing correctly. Again, for that free course, we'll put the link down in the description so you can learn how to do those steps, if you really need to look at more markers. For some people, some of these other markers are just screaming, and it's very obvious that the bile is not flowing correctly and steps need to be taken.
REDUCE GRAINS & PROCESSED FOODS.
So let's look at these steps, that we can take to help the bile, so that it can flow a little bit better. Now step #1, which happens to be the cheapest step, is to reduce the amount of grains and processed foods that you're consuming. You know why? “Why you gotta mess with what I'm eating? Why you gotta tell me what to do?” Well, because one of the best things you can do to help improve the situation is remove the issue that might be causing it. That doesn't mean you can never eat another processed food. I'm just saying do what you can to reduce any burdens that might be making the situation worse.
BEET SUPPLEMENT.
Now let's go on to the next one, which happens to be the easiest step that you can take and also the most effective. If you're just gonna reduce problematic foods, the process is gonna be a little bit slower and it's gonna take a little bit longer. But if we go to step #2, we can use some supplements that will speed things up a whole lot. Now, we like to use a product, Beet Flow from Empirical Labs, and we're not the manufacturers of this product and this is not a a paid promotion of this product. It just happens to be the thing that we have seen that works the best, and it's what we use with all of our clients. Now Beet Flow works really well because it has a lot of concentrated beet greens juice. Now beets don't really do a lot to help the bile. So don't just eat a bunch of beets and think that you're gonna fix the problem. And don't get beet root supplement because beetroot doesn't really do anything to thin the bile. You need the concentrated beet greens juice. Now, you could also eat beet greens, but if you want it to be as effective as using a supplement like Beet Flow, you're gonna have to have like a bucket of beet greens every day. You're gonna look like a horse, when you're eating. So that can be really problematic and a lot of work for people. So I find that people tend to just take the easier steps. So this is something that works very well and it's probably the most effective step that we see people do. At the end of this video I'll also tell you how to do what we call a beet flow flush, where we use this supplement to do a flush that can speed the whole process up a little bit.
COFFEE SUPPOSITORY.
But let's look at step number three first, which might not be your favorite, but it's a coffee enema, or coffee suppository. "Hey, nobody said anything about going up the back door. I'm trying to get stuff out the back door." People are not always super fond of sticking things up there, but a coffee enema or coffee suppository is really effective at a kind of dilating that biliary pathway and opening it up, so it makes it easier for the bile to move. So Beet Flow is really good at thinning the bile so it can move better, but a coffee suppository or a coffee enema is really good at dilating that pathway, so that it can move a little easier. Now if a coffee enema is a little too messy for you and a little too difficult to do, then the coffee suppositories are a lot easier and people seem to like that idea a little bit better. We'll put a link down in the description where you can find some coffee suppositories, that are are really easy to use.
CHOLINE.
Step #4 is a supplement called choline. Now choline is really great at fixing the bile so it can flow better, but only some people can use choline. You really don't wanna use choline if it's not right for your body chemistry. If you do, it can cause some oxygen utilization issues and some energy production problems and it's not going to be enjoyable for you. But in our free four week digestion course, we teach you how to run some self test to figure out if choline would really be very beneficial for you, or if it's something you need to avoid, and stick with some of these other steps.
LOWER ESTROGEN.
Step #5 is lowering estrogen levels. If you're dealing with high estrogen issues, or maybe you're using on a medication that really raises ,So if you're on some type of birth control, it raises estrogen or some other medication, you can talk to your doctor about looking for alternatives, or reducing your dose, so that you can bring that estrogen level down a little bit. But this can be a big problem, because it's really hard to overpower really high estrogen levels, and a lot of the other steps. It may not be as effective, if you keep your estrogen levels high. So this is a big deal and something you really want to address, if this is a problem for you.
INCREASE FAT CONSUMPTION.
And let's talk about bonus Step 2, which is to increase the amount of dietary fat that you're consuming. Now, I wouldn't jump right into this one, because if you're having issues from eating dietary fats, like you're nauseous, or have acne or some kind of problem like that, then increasing your dietary fats could make it worse. But as you increase your fat, the body is calling on bile to be dropped down more to help emulsify all this fat. So if you can take some of these other steps to thin the bile, using Beet Flow, or choline, or removing some foods that are problematic, and you can get bile flowing and a little bit better, then you can start to increase your fats, and it might speed up the process a little bit.
BEET SUPPLEMENT & COFFEE SUPPOSITORY.
Now for some people you may have had your bile backed up for years or decades, so you're not gonna take a couple supplements and fix everything. So you might need to get a little bit more aggressive. So one step that we like to see people do is a beet flow flush, using that Beet Flow supplement that we talked about. The absolute most effective step we see people do is a beef flow flush on one day and then use a Xeneplex coffee suppository on the following day. And then do that combo about once a week, until you see the bile improve. So that seems to really help the people who have a really stubborn case and a hard time getting that bile to flow.
FREE COURSE.
And we teach you how to do all that stuff in the free four week digestion course. So go ahead and find that link in the description below. Sign up for that course, so that you can walk through, and we'll help you figure out if this is a problem for you, as well as the steps that might be most appropriate for you and your unique bile individuality. That's very important.
__**BIOFILM INFECTIONS
- youtube.com/watch?v=IbTdgTWTgDE
_Common Biofilm Infections include middle ear infection, endocarditis infection of cardiac valve, atherosclerosis, periodontal disease, salivary stones, typhoid fever, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic wound infection, bacterial vaginosis, mastitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, chronic sore throat, pertussis, cystic fibrosis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, urinary tract infection. The protocol requires 3 steps. 1. Dissolve & kill the biofilm. 2. Interrupt its communications. 3. Kill the dormant persister cells. Following are the details.
1. Dissolve & kill with an oxidizer (ozone or H2O2 IV), a solvent (DMSO or essential oil), or an enzyme (serrapeptase)
2. Interrupt with bitters (berberine or gentian).
3. Kill with ozone or H2O2 IV or essential oil (oregano or thyme or pinene or clove) every few days for a few months.
__BLADDER INFLAMMATION, INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS
_Interstitial cystitis (IC) is a chronic inflammatory condition of the bladder with ulcerative and non-ulcerative subtypes. There has been no specific cause identified. One theory of IC though involves urinary toxins seeping in to the wall of the bladder triggering a release of histamine leading to tissue damage and nerve pain. Damage may also occur to the bladder wall if pressure builds up causing bladder distension.
_My recommendations for IC would be to focus on the adrenal glands first and to strengthen the bladder wall. The reason to focus on the adrenals is two part. Chronic inflammatory conditions in the body often result from adrenal dysfunction. Properly functioning adrenal glands produce sufficient levels of anti-inflammatory corticosteroids to keep inflammation down. The adrenals also release epinephrine, the body's own natural antihistamine. Schisandra berry and nettle leaf would both be good choices for supporting the adrenals. Both of these herbs also supply nutrients needed to strengthen the tissues. In particular vitamin C, bioflavonoids, and silica. Nettle leaf also provides the flavonoid quercetin, which is a natural antihistamine. This is how nettle leaf works for allergies, by both supporting the adrenals and due to its antihistamine quercetin. Watercress is also a good choice as well as it also provides nutrients to help stabilize tissues and it is very rich in quercetin.
_Another option that may help is supplementing with magnesium malate. Magnesium works as a calcium channel blocker, which helps to relax the smooth muscle of the urethra. This will help prevent a pressure build up that can damage the bladder wall. Recommended dose is 300mg twice to three times daily.
__BLOATING
Can kefir cause bloating? Yes, especially if there are unfermented sugars still in the kefir.
_I know taking antibiotics for the tooth infection messed me up and I'm trying to get back to digesting food again, but right now I feel pregnant 24/7 [bloated]. Can you help me?
_See if you can find some yucca root. Yucca root is high in saponins, which are a surfactant and will reduce fermentation in the digestive system.
_Gaseous bloating is most often from fermentation of food or sugars in the stomach and intestines.
__**BLOOD CLOTTING
(From mRNA Vaxes, or Glyphosate in Food, etc; See also Covid-19)
_A Midwest Doctor: Take proteolytic enzymes. Do Earthing.
__BLOOD PRESSURE, HIGH
>Coleus forskohlii will take the blood pressure down pretty quick. Combining it with some >watercress or >nettle will help prolong the effects. If you cannot find the coleus look for >lily of the valley or >cactus grandiflorus (night blooming cereus), which also drop the blood pressure quickly.
- Taking some >glycine will help calm.
_I have seen many cases a lot worse. Around the 300/200 range or higher [than 150/110] and the people were still walking around. Not sure how. The biggest worries with high blood pressure are with possible kidney damage, arterial damage leading to arterial plaque, and the risk of blowing out an aneurysm.
_The magnesium is a natural calcium channel blocker. I would add ashwagandha, which is a natural ACE inhibitor and beta blocker. That will cover most causes of high blood pressure.
_Another great herb is coleus forskohlii, which works like digitalis, even though it is not a cardiac glycoside. Forskohlii slows the heart, strengthens the heart contractions, and lowers the blood pressure. Take it with nettle leaf or watercress to prolong the effects.
_Sterols also lower blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels. Jiaogulan is a great source.
_And there is the amino acid taurine, which also relaxes blood vessels. This must be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals.
__BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES

__BLOOD SUGAR ISSUES
>_Juniper berries are a bitter [good to flush the liver], antifungal, adrenal and pancreatic support and they lower blood sugar, reducing insulin needs. Juniper berries are very supporting to the pancreas, but they also drop blood sugar like crazy so you should have a little something in the stomach when using them. Here I would recommend less, such as a 1/4 teaspoon three times daily. The juniper berries also help with other areas of digestion. Juniper berries contain an insulin-like compound that lowers the blood sugar. Therefore both nettle leaves and juniper berries help to starve cancer cells.
>_Chamomile has been shown to help with lowering blood sugar levels in diabetics, probably due to the anti-inflammatory effects.
_Increasing >chromium and >vanadium (vanadyl sulfate) intake are the easiest ways to maintain proper sugar levels. I recommend 200mcg of >chromium polynicotinate (not picolinate) 3 times a day with meals. Polynicotinate is a niacin bound chromium, so it also helps maintain proper cholesterol levels. It is also 300 times stronger than chromium picolinate. >Vanadyl sulfate functions like a natural insulin taking sugar out of the blood stream. Insulin is dependant on insulin receptors to carry sugar out of the blood. Though nearly all diabetics are type 2 diabetics, who produce plenty, and often too much insulin because their insulin receptors are either closed or missing so the available insulin cannot remove the sugar from the blood. Since vanadyl sulfate is not dependant on these insulin receptors, it can still remove sugar from the blood of type 2 diabetics. Vanadyl sulfate also has the ability to open closed insulin receptors as it carries the sugar out of the blood. The recommended dose of vanadyl sulfate is 50mg 3 times daily with meals.
>_Magnesium may also help prevent diabetic related heart disease due to magnesium's role in helping to regulate blood sugar levels, and by helping prevent damage to blood vessels due to the strong blood vessel constricting effects of insulin. Most of the serious side effects of diabetes are due to rupturing of blood vessels, or blood vessel damage, due to elevated levels of insulin in the blood. These side effects include diabetic retinopathy (loss of vision), renal (kidney) failure, gangrene, and heart disease.
_For supplemental vitamins for cancer I recommend 1,000mg of >vitamin C with >bioflavonoids 3 times daily with meals. >Amla berry is the preferred source of vitamin C since the vitamin C in amla is stabilized by the polyphenols in the berries, and it is 12 times stronger than synthetic vitamin C. Most of the vitamin C on the market is synthesized from sugar, and is not very stable and therefore breaks down fairly quickly [even before you buy it].
_Sugars, including honey should also be limited since sugar suppresses immune function. This occurs because both sugar and vitamin C require insulin for transport. When sugar is consumed insulin is tied up making it unavailable for vitamin C transport. When vitamin C cannot reach the white blood cells, white blood cell activity is lowered decreasing immunity. If a sweetener is desired then I recommend the herb >stevia, or stevia extract. The sugar molecules in stevia are too large to be absorbed and therefore they do not affect blood sugar or immunity. You only need a small amount of stevia due to the intense sweetness of the herb.
_Sugar and vitamin C require insulin for transport. Excess sugar locks up the available insulin preventing proper transport of vitamin C to white blood cells for their proper function. Reduce sugar & carbs to improve immune system & to reduce malignancy. Sugars suppress white blood cell activity and elevated blood sugar can promote malignant growth.
__BLOOD VESSEL ISSUES
>VITAMIN K2 CONTROLS REMOVAL OF CALCIUM FROM ARTERIES
http://www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1709580
Regular intake of Vitamin K2 from supplements, >natto, >Edam and >Gouda cheeses should prevent the development of arteriosclerotic plaques and thus be able to prevent disability and deaths from arteriosclerosis. Taking a slice of these cheeses daily is a pleasant good health habit.
__BLURRY VISION

_When we are under stress the muscles around the eyes contract, pulling the globe of the eye out of shape, altering our focus. [Even computer screens or smart phones can stress the eyes, especially in low light conditions. Full spectrum lights with UV help reduce the stress.]
_[The main nutrition needed for stress are natural vitamin C foods and natural vitamin B5 foods.]
__BONE ISSUES
_Boron is good for bone strength and hormones.
_Silica is absolutely essential for the formation of cartilage, bone, tendons and ligaments. Silica itself though is poorly absorbed, especially in the elderly and in those using antacids and acid blockers due to insufficient stomach acid. Therefore taking your silica containing supplements with a source of acid is a real good idea. You can use a little unbuffered ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or some cider vinegar to enhance silica absorption. Bamboo, which is 7 times higher in silica than horsetail grass, or purified diatomaceous earth, which is pure silica, are good silica sources.
_Vitamin C is also essential for the formation of cartilage proteins and connective tissue.
_Sulfur is needed for the production of cartilage proteins and connective tissues.
_Manganese is also required for cartilage formation.
_Zinc and copper are required as catalysts, but they are only needed in trace amounts.
_Seaweeds, nettle leaf, and alfalfa are all good sources for these nutrients.
_Glucosamine is good in the sulfate form. Though it is extremely slow to take effect. In general it takes at least 4 months to really start seeing results. And again keep in mind that sufficient stomach acid is required to properly absorb glucosamine. Therefore antacids, acid blockers, alkaline waters, and age can all decrease or block absorption of glucosamine.
_I do not like chondroitin. Though it is a component of cartilage it is not absorbed well enough to be of much benefit. Only about 8% of chondroitin is typically absorbed. This is why I prefer using the building blocks, such as silica, to help build cartilage. I also find that it is faster, probably in part due to higher levels of intake compared to the average dose of glucosamine and chondroitin normally taken.
_A final note, both glucosamine and chondroitin are found in gelatin. Gelatin also provides additional protein for the formation of bone and cartilage. So gelatin makes an excellent substitute for glucosamine and chondroitin, and is less expensive. But I am not talking about gelatins full of sugar, since sugar breaks bones down. I am talking about straight gelatin, which can be mixed in a little juice for flavor, added to some foods, or sweetened with stevia.
__BONE PAIN
- http://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1546553#i
Licorice root and yucca root are strong steroidal anti-inflammatories applied topically for pain. Wintergreen oil and Cayenne are weaker. For chronic pain use DL-phenylalanine (DLPA). It takes about two weeks to kick in, but the pain relieving effects are long term. Start with 1000mg 3 times daily at least 30 minutes before meals, then cut back to 500mg 3 times daily after 2 weeks.
_Heat and cold can help pain too. Put hot water in a rubber container (or hot water bottle) and keep it on the painful area for ten minutes or more. Then put ice or cold water in a similar container and apply for another ten minutes or so. Then repeat the process for half an hour or so twice a day.
_Silica is the most important mineral to heal bone. Foods high in silica are bananas, oats, rice bran and other brans.
__BONE WEAKNESS, OSTEOPOROSIS; See also SILICA DEFICIENCY (REMEDY)
It is the absolute most important nutrient for bone strength. Silica not only aids with calcium absorption, but it is also essential for the collagen matrix that gives the bones the majority of their strength. In addition the piezoelectric effect of silica is what allows mineralization of the collagen matrix. In other words, without sufficient silica, all of the calcium, magnesium, phosphorus ... will not do anything for the bones.
__BRAIN FOG
_This is [often] associated with ... thyroid problems. The herbs used, especially for parasites, often contain black walnut hull. This is the highest herbal source of iodine, which can help the thyroid. This in turn can help with the brain fog.
_Some good herbs for brain function include gotu kola, juniper berry, rosemary, and periwinkle.
__BRONCHITIS, PNEUMONIA
To clear up lung infections mix equal parts of chaparral, thyme, and horseradish powders. Blend them well then fill some capsules. In one of the empty capsules add 8 drops of pure eucalyptus essential oil. Recommend 1 capsule with the 8 drops of oil 3 times daily with the herb capsules. You will exhale the oils killing any fungus, bacteria, or virus in the lungs. The longest I have ever seen this take for pneumonia or bronchitis is 3 days. Only take it as needed. Remember to stay hydrated to keep the mucous in the lungs fluid so it can be expelled with the pathogens.
__BRUISING
- https://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1816541#i
Easy bruising can be associated with adrenal stress leading to lowered vitamin C for blood vessels, or with liver issues.
_Q. Red or purplish spots under skin, bruises easily, subcutaneous bleeding.
fits the description exactly: They recommended Vit 'C' which i suspected, bioflavonoids and rutin, grape seed extract, glucosamine and alkalizer. The alkalizer part worried me a bit.
_A. Alkalinizing or glucosamine will not do anything for this. Vitamin C with bioflavonoids, especially rutin is the most beneficial as well as silica. Grape seed extract is just another source of bioflavonoids.
_Q. I have been taking vit C but not doing much.
_A. It cannot do its job without the flavonoids and silica.
_Q. you said about acerola cherry. What do you think of grape seed extract.
_A. Again just an expensive source of flavonoids. Acerola will give you both the vitamin C and the flavonoids. You can also get both from food sources or other herbs such as watercress and nettle leaf.
_Q. I eat peppers, but don't eat much fruit at the moment due to candida. I'm not that keen on kiwis but i'll eat them if i must, as i know they are high in C.
_A. Make sure the peppers are ripe. And stick to bell peppers, since hot peppers thin the blood. There is no such thing as a ripe green bell pepper. All bell peppers will develop some other color than green when ripe. Watercress is also rich in vitamin C and low in sugar.
