The first 6 ingredients are probiotic bacteria. The video claimed that in nature animals and ancient humans do fine without brushing their teeth, because they had natural you bacteria in their mouths that prevented tooth and gum disease. And that’s plausible to me. It claims that they did research and found which are the best probiotic bacteria for doing that and those are what they put in their product. So I ordered 3 bottles a couple weeks ago. I intended to order just one, but they offered 3 for just a little more money, so I decided to go with 3.

I figured it might be possible to grow those bacteria in milk, so I tried it and it worked. I got half a gallon of Great Valu milk from Walmart, which supposedly doesn’t contain the dangerous bovine growth hormone. I ground up one tablet and put it into a cup of the milk. By the next morning it turned to yogurt. So I put that cup of yogurt into the remaining half gallon of milk and made yogurt out of the whole thing. So I’ve been taking some of that after some meals. The video suggested taking one tablet each morning after brushing teeth, but I take the yogurt more often than that. I figure I’ll add one tablet to my yogurt once or twice a week, so the bottle will last way longer.
