Bruce Salinger emailed another video link. This one is about SLIMCRYSTAL at https://www.flandershealth.us/reviews/slimcrystal.html.
It's small polished stones in a specially made glass jar that you add water to. You let the water in the container for a while (10 minutes or more), then you drink the water or add it to your cooking or smoothies etc. The video shows that under the microscope the water is structured into a hexagonal shape. I believe it means that the water takes that shape when frozen. Regular tap water doesn't take that shape. The treated water is called structured water. I recently posted info about EZ or EZone water, which all cells in our bodies need to have in order to be healthy. I posted with that a video link about how to make EZ water. The author of the video showed that it can be made by setting a jar of water in the Sun for at least 4 hours. Or it can be made by pouring water through polished stones. I first heard about structured water in the 1970s or 80s in Organic Gardening magazine. The author of that article said the best water for the garden is ice or snow meltwater. The same seems to be true for animals and people. The author of the video above claims to have lost 70 pounds in a few months just by replacing regular water with this SLIMCRYSTAL treated water. I haven't watched the entire video, but I think I get the idea. Below is a list of types of rock that are included in SLIMCRYSTAL. I think clear quartz crystals would probably do the job. I'm thinking of looking for smooth clear rocks in a stream to try. I don't know if there's anything to what the descriptions of the crystals below say, but it's plausible that such treatment could greatly improve water quality and thus health. The video says regular unstructured water exhausts the body, because it has to structure the water itself, so if the water is already structured, the body doesn't lose energy from drinking water. The video said the water only needs to be in the jar with crystals for 10-14 minutes to change it into hexagonal or structured water. The author said he drinks 2 or 3 liters a day, which is about the same as 2 or 3 quarts. I think I drink about 2 quarts. The SLIMCRYSTAL product is pretty expensive, around $100 or more, so I’ll try DIY instead.
