__KIDNEY ISSUES

_The effect of nettle leaf is in large part from its nutrients such as silica and vitamin C that help to strengthen tissues in the kidneys, especially the nephrons. Nettle leaf is also great for dissolving both uric acid and calcium oxalate stones and has a diuretic effect due to the potassium content.
_Powder is definitely best. Teas and tinctures lose some beneficial properties of herbs.

_Schisandra berry will help support your kidneys and adrenals as well as the immune system.
_Ashwagandha is a calming herb. Combine it with astragalus, schisandra and/or jiaogulan.
_And don't forget to "feed" the adrenals with vitamin C and pantothenic acid sources. Vitamin C sources include amla, acerola cherry, rosehips, watercress, nettle leaf, papaya, kiwis.... For pantothenic acid take pollen, nutritional yeast, seaweeds, nettle leaf, rosehips....
_For detoxifying take bitters and drink plenty of water.
_B vitamins are also important since the liver needs these to detoxify the body. Natural sources are best such as the rice bran, oat bran, nutritional yeast, seaweeds, watercress, nettle leaf, etc.
_Take zinc, 50 mg daily, to help with immunity and digestion and 200 mcg chromium polynicotinate 3 times daily to help with the sugar balance.
_I know of 4 people that developed kidney failure after taking a single recommended dose of Ibuprofen. [It] can cause sufficient constriction of the blood vessels to cause damage. All NSAIDs constrict blood vessels, which increases the risk of heart attack, also of thrombic and embolytic stroke.
_Nettle leaf (powder) reduces acids in the blood. Nettle leaf also reduces histamine due to its content of quercetin and its support of the adrenal glands that produce the body's epinephrine. Nettle leaf is very supporting to the kidneys.
- If the issue is not with the kidneys then the other likely culprit would be with the pancreas, which stores bicarbonate for the body to buffer acids.
Kidney issues from the antibiotics are still much more likely.

_[Put a tablespoon or more of diatomaceous earth (DE) in a pint or larger glass container of water and let set a few hours. Then pour out a cup without disturbing the DE, then refill the container with more water. The DE is reusable for months. The cup of water contains dissolved orthosilicic acid from the DE.]
_DE does not adversely affect the kidneys, but the small amounts of orthosilicic acid that are absorbed can help strengthen the kidney blood vessels and tubules.
_My favorite herbs for strengthening the kidneys are nettle leaf and schisandra berry. Foods high in vitamin C are also a good choice such as papaya, kiwis and berries. If diabetic or prone to calcium oxalate stones I also recommend magnesium malate.

__KIDNEY FAILURE
_Kidney failure is most often caused by pain meds, diabetes, or high blood pressure, according to these two websites.
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/17689-kidney-failure
http://medcapsules.com/info/NSAIDs.html
_According to https://www.wikihow.com/Treat-Kidney-Failure other causes of acute kidney failure include injury, blood clots, urethral blockages, severe dehydration, drug overdose, alcohol abuse, and infection. Following are recommendations.
_Reduce protein, salt, and potassium in your diet.
_Reduce high protein foods like meat, poultry, and eggs.
_Increase fruits, vegetables, and foods that are high in fiber, like soaked flax seeds, soaked chia seeds, brown rice, lentils, and raspberries.
Devour low potassium foods, such as apples, cabbage, grapes, green beans, and strawberries, instead of high potassium foods, such as bananas, oranges, and potatoes.
_Always read the label on prepackaged and processed foods to avoid high amounts of sodium or additives.
__**LARYNGOSPASM
(Larynx/Throat Muscle Cramp that makes breathing difficult temporarily)
https://statsdoc.wordpress.com/2015/02/18/the-best-treatment-for-laryngospasm-is-simple-fast-and-free/
_[A laryngospasm is a muscle spasm in the vocal cords, sometimes called a laryngeal spasm. While a mild laryngospasm where you can still inhale/exhale air with difficulty can be frightening, it is usually not dangerous, and typically lasts only a few minutes. There is speculation that it is most common in those who've had tonsils removed.]
_[Stop eating/drinking immediately. Spit out anything already in the mouth. Try not to swallow anything.] Apply firm cephalad and medial pressure in the laryngospasm notch (either one side or both sides) [just behind the ear lobe/s]. [After a few minutes, one may try eating or drinking a tiny amount and swallowing. If there's no problem, it's probably safe to resume eating or drinking.]
__LEAKY GUT
- https://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1629095
_Take 6 to 8 ounces of well fermented kefir alone each morning at least half an hour before any other food or supplements in order to get past the stomach acid and then to control candida. And take half a teaspoon of yucca root powder 3 times a day to stop inflammation and leaky gut, as well as to improve adrenal function etc.
__LEAKY GUT, IBS
- https://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1449085
_Q. I was wondering does anyone know if it is okay to consume cayenne pepper If I have a leaky gut?
_A. I would not recommend it. You need to work on reducing the inflammation, not irritating the tissues more. Yucca root and licorice root would be better choices to reduce the inflammation.
_Q. Is leaky gut as widespread as the internet says?
_A. I don't consider it to be that common. You will see it primarily in people with low intestinal flora, and in cases of inflammatory bowel conditions such as Crohn's and ulcerative colitis. None of these are that common.
_Q. Does L-glutamine really fix the gut and at what dosage?
_A. I think it depends a lot on the cause. The most common cause is a lack of intestinal flora. In this case it would not have any real effect. With inflammatory bowel disorders it can help with healing. In these cases I recommend 500-1000mg 3 times daily at least 30 minutes before meals. But I would not rely solely on glutamine for the healing. There are other factors to be addressed such as the bacteria triggering the problem and the adrenal dysfunction.
_Primary focus for non-autoimmune leaky gut would be reestablishing the flora with probiotics and prebiotics.
_Q. I will try the probiotic route with rice bran and other vegetables. I am also trying the bitters. Do you recommend the grape over the Chinese bitters?
_A. I don't recall what is in the Chinese Bitters. But any bitter tasting herb will work. The main difference is that Swedish bitters also contain stimulant laxatives that I prefer to avoid. Grape Bitters have berberine herbs (goldenseal, Oregon grape root, barberry) that I don't like either. But they are still the safest out of the two. I vaguely remember seeing the ingredients in the Chinese Bitters and I don't recall seeing anything bad in them.
_Q. The Chinese bitters that I saw online have Bupleurum root and gentian. Do you think these would be better than the grape bitters?
_A. Both of those are good herbs, and neither contain stimulant laxatives or berberine. So yes, I would give those a try.
_Q. Is it true Boswellia helps the inflamed bowel conditions, or are there better choices for those conditions. Is there any accurate tests for them conditions?
_A. Boswellia is a good anti-inflammatory, but I would go with yucca root and licorice root for intestinal inflammations. Both contain high amounts of steroidal saponins. These saponins also help to wash out the intestines making them great for conditions like diverticulitis. In addition the saponins support the growth of flora.
https://www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1837446
_Q. How can I heal this leaky gut? Licorice root?
_A. Licorice root will help reduce the inflammation that leads to leaky gut as well as supports the adrenals. Supporting the adrenals will not help maintain proper cortisol levels, but will also help further reduce inflammation.
_Combining the licorice root with yucca root (2:1 ratio) and ingesting a half teaspoon 3-4 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals will work even better. And both will also help with building up the flora, which is also very important with leaky gut.
https://www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1682186
_Yucca helps to hold moisture in the colon providing a better growth environment for the flora and it is also fiber rich to feed the flora. Yucca root also reduces inflammation of the intestine due to the steroidal saponins and due to its supportive effects on the adrenals.
_I recommend rice bran or oat bran. Not only are great nutritional sources but they are also soft fibers. So they are even safe for people with diverticulitis.
_Both FOS and inulin stimulate the growth of the flora.
_Chicory root not only contains inulin, but also nutritional factors. So there is no reason you should not use it. Yucca root also provides more benefits than FOS or inulin. And it is can help treat leaky gut by reducing the intestinal inflammation.
https://www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1824948
_Candida can contribute to allergies, but I would not consider it a cause. Allergies stem from poorly functioning adrenals, which leads to less epinephrine (adrenaline) and corticosteroids to counter the reactions from the exposure to allergens. This is why we are all exposed to the same allergens, but we do not all have allergies.
_The role Candida plays is that in its fungal form the Candida can lead to leaky gut. This allows partially dissolved proteins in solutes to enter into the bloodstream where they can trigger off allergic reactions. And unfortunately this can lead to even further weakening of the adrenals.
__LECTIN ISSUES
_Q. Are lectin blocker supplements a valid concept? _A. In my opinion the concept is sales hype. First of all, there are different lectins that would require different blockers. And if somehow they were able to block all lectins, then this would also block the beneficial lectins. Lectins do have beneficial properties as well, including preventing overgrowth of pathogenic bowel bacteria and inhibition of viruses. For example, a lectin in bananas has been found to bind and inactivate HIV.
_Research is being done to see if selective lectin inhibitors can be used to treat some diseases. But blocking all lectins, good and bad, will simply lead to other problems. Just like how we have good and bad prostaglandins. Yet nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) generally inhibit prostaglandins without specification. So they inhibit the good prostaglandins as well as bad prostaglandins, leading to problems such as heart attack, stroke, kidney and liver failure, tinnitus, peptic ulcers, etc.
__ LEUKEMIA, HIV, VIRUSES
- https://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1702474
_The adrenals are a primary immune regulator for the body. The amla berry [plus vitamin B5, i.e. pantothenic acid] in the Adrenal Tonic also supports the thymus, known as the "master gland of immunity".
_Viruses have a tough time or cannot infect healthy immune systems. Tests with the HIV demonstrate this the best. When scientists tried to deliberately infect healthy CD4 cells they were unable to do it. The only CD4 cells they were able to infect were those of severely immunocompromised leukemia patients. Another way to look at this is to consider hospital personnel. Despite being exposed to numerous pathogens on a daily basis they are not coming down with all these diseases. Yet take immunocompromised patients such as those with cancer or that have had transplants and they are prone to all sorts of pathogens.
_And yes, pau d' arco, and andrographis, are extremely effective against leukemia viruses including the HIV virus.
_Andrographis and pau d' arco can be taken together and even work better combined.
__LIVER ISSUES, GALLBLADDER ISSUES
>Bitters are my primary suggestion to stimulate the gallbladder. Bitters will also cleanse the liver, which allows it to break down excess progesterone that contributes to problems. My favorite bitters are >artichoke leaf and >picrorrhiza, both of which are also very supportive to the liver, also >schisandra, >milk thistle or >turmeric. >Lecithin helps protect the liver.
__D: MEDS THAT DAMAGE THE LIVER
_Here is a general list of some medications that are known for causing liver damage: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin, etc.), naproxen sodium (Aleve), and celecoxib (Celebrex), acetaminophen (Tylenol), minoxidil (Rogaine), and statin drugs used to lower cholesterol.
__FATTY LIVER
- https://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1508330#i
There are a number of things that can cause a fatty liver. Medications are a common cause; it can also be from hepatitis, nutritional deficiencies, IBS, etc. Bitters and lecithin granules are great choices [without having any additional information to go by]. They also need to look at what medications could be causing this; do they have other health issues that need to be addressed; did they have gastric bypass, etc? ——- - https://www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1548624#i
_For liver support there is turmeric and milk thistle seed.

To clear up lung infections mix equal parts of >chaparral, >thyme, and >horseradish powders. Blend them well then fill some capsules. Recommend 2 capsules 3 times daily. The capsule size does not matter since a little extra will not hurt you. So you can use either O or OO capsules. In one of the empty capsules add 8 drops of pure >eucalyptus essential oil. Recommend 1 capsule with the 8 drops of oil 3 times daily with the herb capsules. You will exhale the oils killing any fungus, bacteria, or virus in the lungs. The longest I have ever seen this take for pneumonia or bronchitis is 3 days.
- Remember to stay hydrated to keep the mucous in the lungs fluid so it can be expelled with the pathogens.
